D’Andre Swift led the way to victory as the visiting team from Detroit squeaked by Minnesota by the score of 52 to 51. Swift carried for 126 yards and added a touchdown. Detroit won the matchups on third down, converting on 4 of 6 opportunities. They controlled the ground game, out-rushing Minnesota 239 to 124 yards. Detroit led at halftime 31 to 24.
