The second quarter of the 21st season kicked off this week, and there were several marquee games on the scorecard. Key games included an AFC West showdown between the 3-1 KC Chiefs and the 3-1 LV Raiders, The 3-1 Ravens vs. the 2-2 Browns, and the 2-3 Bills vs. the 4-0 Titans. The Chiefs – Raiders lived up to the hype, with the Chiefs winning the game 33-26. The Ravens beat the Bengals 29-20 to move into a first place, by way of head-to-head tiebreaker, over the Bengals in the AFC North. And upset minded Buffalo could not overcome the undefeated Titans.
At the end of week 5, three teams remain undefeated: Titans, Packers, and Seahawks.

Week 6 Lookahead:
Packers vs. Buccaneers in Tampa looks to be the big game of the week. Buffalo vs. Kansas City could be a great matchup, with the Bills looking to make up for their week 5 loss. Seattle, Los Angeles (Chargers), New Orleans, and Las Vegas are on Byes.

CHIEFS 33 RAIDERS 26
In a battle for the division lead, Patrick Mahomes connected on three touchdown passes, including the winning 33-yard score to Sammy Watkins with just 2 minutes left in the game for a 33-26 victory. The game was tied five different times along the way, including 16-16 at halftime. The Raiders did have a chance to tie the game with a final two-minute drive, but the Chiefs defense made the stop to secure the win. The Raiders outrushed the Chiefs by a 200-37 margin in this game behind 157 rush yards from Josh Jacobs. Mahomes was 31-for-47 for 419 yards, 3 TD’s and a pair of interceptions. The Chiefs improve to 4-1 on the year and will travel to Buffalo next to take on the Bills. The Raiders fall to 3-2 and will head back to Sin City to host the Buccaneers next week.
